Draft Coroner Reform Bill
In June 2006 the Department of Constitutional Affairs published the Draft Coroner Reform Bill with public comments to be received by 8th September 2006. The Constitutional Affairs Select Committee was very critical of the proposals and submissions by the Coroners' Society and Victims' Voice highlighted a number of propblem areas. The Draft Coroner Reform Bill was not in the Queen's Speech of November 2006 or November 2007. Use this forum to raise any issues you may have with the Draft Coroner Reform Bill.
